Behold the ever popular and versatile Party Wing. The ultimate American party finger food is meant for any occasion but really with friends gathered around and because I can’t do anything basic I had to get extra by experimenting with different styles of party wings. This recipe was birthed through my obsession with Indian food especially Tikka Masala and this winning combo was a no-brainer for me. It’s easy and straight to the point and all about the SAUCE. But truth be told I’m equally as obsessed with cilantro chutney and I really just needed an excuse to make this flavor bomb of condiment and thought okay, Tikka Masala Party Wings is the perfect vessel for this craving. Plus this dish is Paleo, Whole30 compatible, gluten-free and no sugar added.

Cilantro Chutney
Ingredients:
1/4 cup tamarind paste (Thai tamarind is best)
Handful of fresh cilantro
1 date, pitted and soaked in warm water (10 min.) then remove pit
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp. oil of choice (I used avocado oil)
1/2 lemon, freshly squeezed
Large pinch of Sadaf yogurt dip herb blend (can sub for dried mint)
BLEND well and serve…
*If you don’t have an air fryer you can make these in the oven. 400° for 45ish min. or broil on low 10 min. each side or until 165° internal temp.
**To blend the cilantro chutney you can use an immersion blender, mortar and pestle or mini beverage blender. I used a mini food processor that came as an attachment with my immersion blender.
