As a Certified Whole30 Coach and Coach of the Year recipient welcome to my journey. I am a proud 2nd generation Filipino-American and of Spanish, English, Chinese, and Polynesian decent. Tapping into ancestral health and wellness I found different ways to nourish myself allowing me to reconnect with roots. I have found new self-care practices and healthier ways to prepare the foods I grew up with. I come from a long line of extraordinary cooks and healers. Through my own evolution of self-discovery and generational healing I found liberation and self-reclamation.”
Food is powerful. Food is meaningful. Food creates memories.
Food creates diversity and accessibility in the health and wellness industry and I am one who helps initiate and facilitate this as I too am passionate about such. While creating wellness content and developing recipes - I have also helped and continue to help clients reset their nutritional habits. Throughout their journey I help them foster a positive relationship with food by following the Whole30 30-day protocol. The ultimate goal I support my clients to strive for and achieve? Radical self-love, self-acceptance, and develop healthy habits while still connecting with their culture and identity. I firmly believe that everyone has the right to a better quality life no matter their background, level of education, or socioeconomic status because "everyone deserves a seat at the table."
Inclusivity, collaborative, supportive.
Currently, I am the Brand and Community Manager of "Filipina on the Rise" podcast. The podcast focuses on elevating Filipina excellence and Pinay powerhouses as well as educating, empowering and celebrating what it means to be Filipina. I join community events on my own and with my family to fight for rights as an Asian-American, as a woman, as a person. My current passion - creating content for social and environmentally conscious companies and empowering my clients through their journey of self-love, healing. and cleaner living through food, home, beauty, and parenting.
I am a proud wife and mother of two beautiful young girls. They are a huge reason to why I am so passionate about female empowerment and supporting women in business. I have recently returned home to the Bay Area, after spending 10 years working in radio, film, reality TV in Los Angeles.
